Vocational training program for PAPs

As part of the Livelihood Restoration Plan for the Syrdarya 2 GGCT Project, a 204-hour vocational training program titled “Electric Welder of the 4th Category” was organized for project affected individuals (PAPs).

The training took place at the construction site and conducted by a local training center. Designed to ensure thorough understanding, the training was conducted in the local language to promote greater comprehension and active engagement. The curriculum covered essential topics, including occupational health and safety, as well as advanced electrical welding techniques.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates, recognizing their newly acquired skills.
