Celebrating 1,000,000 Safe Working Hours Without a Lost Time Incident!

We celebrated 1,000,000 safe working hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI). This is much more than just a figure. It reflects our strong culture of safety and high attention to each other’s well-being, even though operating in a complex environment with extreme temperatures and a diverse workforce presented the unique challenges. Yet, through dedication and teamwork, we’ve proved that safety is our top priority to care our most important asset: our colleagues and partners. This achievement wouldn’t be possible without collective efforts of every team member. It’s worth mentioning that we strictly implemented the key safety initiatives which contributed to our success: Regular Safety Training Sessions Monthly Safety Audits Near-Miss Reporting System: Workers Recognition Programs We marked this achievement by inviting all workers on site to Uzbek plov and sharing the memory gifts. From this moment, we’re setting our sights even higher with the goal of reaching 2,500,000 safe man-hours without a Lost Time Incident. Together, we are confident that we can achieve this result!
